Richard is putting a new album out 2.14.12! it's a live album called "lived in" that he recorded at a very intimate house concert while on tour this summer! at any rate - he's using vintage live footage from '06 to help entice album sales! so - this is a song called "so close" - a NEVER BEFORE HEARD Richard Cortez song!
